High End 2025 runs from Thursday 2025-05-15 to 2024-05-18 at the MOC in Munich. It’s the largest and most important international high-end audio show in the world. As usual, the Serious Music Blog will be attending and reporting on the show.
High End is devoted solely to high-end consumer audio, and attracts almost all high-end audio manufacturers from around the world. It’s also a trade show, with Thursday and Friday reserved for the audio industry and the audio press, and Saturday and Sunday open to the public.
2025 marks the last year that High End will be held in Munich. After being hosted for more that 20 years at the MOC in Munich, High End will be moving to a new venue in 2026. High End 2026 will be held in May, 2026 in Vienna, Austria, at the Austria Center Vienna (ACV).
High End 2025
The brand ambassador for High End 2025 is Norwegian artist, composer and producer Anette Askvik. She will be presenting her 2011 debut album, “Liberty” in a brand new immersive audio mix on a system supplied by Kii Audio.
In addition to the range exhibits and demos available at High End 2025, there will be a number of special zones and events:
- World of Headphones: a zone especially for headphone enthusiasts, in Hall 1, in which over 70 brands will present their latest models and innovative accessories, all in one place and for immediate hands-on testing.
- Gaming Zone: for gaming lovers who don’t want to sacrifice quality sound, the Gaming Zone, in Hall 1, will feature a huge selection of gaming equipment on various gaming consoles, offering the opportunity to discover first-hand how good sound can improve the gaming experience.
- Soundsclever: complete entry-level high-end audio systems, costing less than €5,000, on demonstration in the show will identified with the Soundsclever label.
- X-Pert Stage: a special events program with panel discussions featuring leading industry experts in a talk and lecture format.
- International Parts + Supply (IPS): an OEM trade show for high-end audio manufacturers, service providers and suppliers.
Other Events
There will be other high-end audio events in the vicinity of the MOC during the show. Hifideluxe has run in parallel with High End for a few years. It’s held at the Munich Marriott Hotel, a short, free shuttle ride away from the MOC. This year, hifideluxe runs from Friday 2025-05-16 to Saturday 2025-05-18. A few manufacturers will also set up exhibits and demos at Motorworld München, an exhibition space located just across the road from the MOC.
