The best sound in the show!

MBL systems always impress and this was no exception.   The system consisted of the 101E MkII Radialstrahler speakers, shown in black and white, driven by the 9011 power amps with a front end consisting of the 1621 A CD transport, the 1611 F DAC and the 6010 D preamp.  Wireworld speaker cables and Transparent Wing diffusors were also used.

The sound was extremely lifelike, with power, ease, musicality presented seamlessly throughout the whole audio spectrum.  The soundstage and imaging were exemplary and the sound seemed to emerge completely free of the speakers.

As I said, the best sound in the show!

April Music demoed the Aura Note V2, the latest version of this excellent all in one music centre. The Aura Note V2 drove a pair of DALI's new Rubicon 2 speakers.  The system produced sound of unmistakable purity and musicality with a wide soundstage. 

This is an excellent systems with a small footprint on both the listening room and the wallet.
